Thank you for your interest in High Park Terrace.

Please read our application information, fees and policies before applying. An application must be submitted by a person that would be living in the apartment.

Please note that a scheduled interview does not guarantee that you will be approved.

APPLICATION AND FEES

NEW APPLICANTS: 

In order for us to consider your application, all information must be completed on the application. Applications must be signed and dated when submitted. Incomplete applications will result in the automatic rejection of your application.

Please fill out the following forms and email them back to our office at highparkterrace@gmail.com.

  • Payment for the background check is your responsibility; therefore, please complete the Release Form it its’ entirety with payment information completed. The cost of the background check is $65.00 per applicant.
  • You are required to submit income verification for everyone who resides in the household (if it applies). If you are a working person who gets paid bi-weekly we require that yousubmit (2) pay stubs. If you’re paid weekly (4) are needed. For any adult member not employed this would include disability, social security, pension benefits, military allotments, etc.
  •  Security Deposit fee is 1.5 Months Rent.
  • You are required to submit income verification for everyone who resides in the household(if it applies). If you are a working person who gets paid bi-weekly we require that you submit (2) pay stubs. If you’re paid weekly (4) are needed. For any adult member not employed this would include disability, social security, pension benefits, military allotments, etc.
  • Copies of picture identification, birth certificates and social security cards for all those listed on your application must be submitted with your application.
  • Please make sure that all contact information is current.
  • The monthly income requirement is 3 times the rent.

Our One-Bedroom apartments feature a living area, one bedroom with double closet space, one bathroom, a linen closet, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a pantry closet.

2 Bedroom Apartment

Our Two-Bedroom apartments feature a living area, two bedrooms with double closet space, one bathroom, a linen closet, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a pantry closet.

Price: $1,700

3 Bedroom Apartment

Our Three-Bedroom apartments feature a living area, three bedrooms with spacious closets, one bathroom, a linen closet, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a pantry closet.
